1. Course Cancellation

• You can cancel a course within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• No refund is applicable if the course has already been accessed.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

• If you made the purchase using a discount coupon, only the discounted amount will be refunded.

• In case of duplicate transactions, please contact support within 48 hours for resolution.

3. Subscription Cancellation

• If you have subscribed to a recurring plan, you can cancel anytime from your account settings.

• No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of an active subscription.

4. Technical Issues & Support

• If you are unable to access a purchased course due to technical reasons, contact our support team.

• We will attempt to resolve the issue before considering a refund.
